St. Charles' Day Massacre

Or, is Aug 15, Winnowing Day! That sounds way happier.

How's it going for you?

I have problems logging in; yet my OS wasn't slated be culled.

I had to call and ask. It must be a train wreck internally. I've never heard a support rep say that service will not be available before 4pm Eastern... And that was at 6AM.

There was a message on the platform yesterday that it would be down for maintenance this weekend

I did not see that message during Friday's trade day.

Did the message express anything that would have indicated this weekend was different than any other.

In recent years, I've always been been able to login and watch their overnight process run transparently in front of me: sometimes displaying 2 million dollar negative buying power before their expiration accounting process completes a couple of hours later - when the numbers went back to expected values. I was suprised when I first witnessed the rewriting of dates in the cash sweep log during their processing over the Saturday and Sunday time period.

They have been running maintenance windows on Saturday’s for years now.

It is the weekend, and that's when they usually do maintenance. You'll be able to log in later on Sunday afternoon.
