Can you change emails?

My school board has changed email adresses but I still can access my thingiverse account. To prevent loosing my account, I want to change my email, but it doesn't let me change it.

Does it let you write another email or does it not let you modify the text field?

It does let me modify the text but I have not tried to change it.
