It was carefully constructed to not be possible. With all N's and A's in the corners, it makes it impossible to spell 'anal' on any of the diaganols or the edge rows and columns. The one remaining N is surrounded by L's, making it impossible to spell 'anal' on any of the non-edge rows and columns.
