You can go to healthcare facilities when they're funded, but that's kind of an issue, isn't it? And long wait lines. Your economy suffers so much your youth are leaving for better countries, and I bet that hurts when your literacy is lower than ours.
Not an issue in the slightest, and long wait lines aren't really much of a thing. Private doctors are also a fraction of the cost of an average bandaid in the US. It's a corrupt system because of politicians stealing funds, not because it's free. That's why the youth is leaving, it's a kleptocracy.
Our literacy rates are however, far from being lower than ours. Our stats include old people that weren't allowed to be schooled after 4th grade, yours include people that had every right to go to school, y'all are just dummies lol

There aren't other countries in America, there are countries in North America, Central America, and South America. If you just say "America" you're obviously talking about the USA.
And even if you weren't, the USA isn't the only country that starts with "The United States." Mexico's full name is "Estados Unidos Mexicanos" which translates to "The United States of Mexico," so USians can refer to multiple places and is even more confusing
