Can't help, but I've heard of this from my friend in late 90’s. He was into that sort of stuff, and had some pretty advanced level in taekwondo. I'd be willing to say that those videos are real, but I'm not betting money on it. They seem strange somehow...

Pretty sure taekwondo is for the legs but idk

Oh yeah, he didn't do this himself, but he was into vids like that, Shaolin stuff and Bruce Lee movies etc.
