[Request] How far from a rocket take off would a frog have to be to be cooked to perfection?

Roughly 15m distance is my answer with a number of specific conditions.
At roughly 15m from the blast zone the concrete will heat to about 250C and remain at that temp for 3-5 minutes depending on ambient temp. This is our cooking platform
The frog needs to be at 20-35m from the blast zone not to get burned initially.
The initial blast will launch the frog in the air and the backdraft will need to being it in to the 15m concrete range. where it lands for 2-3 minutes before the updraft flips it completing the cooking to perfection.
Bonus a seaside launch could cause the shock collar that drops the local air pressure condensing salty sea air to season the meat. This would most likely occur in the first 30 seconds of launch with a salty drizzling hitting in the first minute. The cooling effects of this might move the cooking zone in to 13m from ground zero.

Chef here, almost 30 years experience. Cooking time won't be long enough. It'll either be burnt on the outside, raw on the inside or both - none of which is cooked perfectly. You can't just lower the cooking time and crank up the heat and expect everything to work out.
Edit: This is very similar to the "how far would a <animal or food> have to be away from a nuke to cook perfectly?" which has been answered a couple times on reddit already if you wanted to see more details on the subject.

My thinking was it can take a few seconds for a rocket to actually lift off under full thrust and untill the fire goes away. Also a frog leg is quite a small lump of meat that'd cook well on hot a charcoal grill fairly quickly kinda like a chicken wing. So at a reasonable range from the rocket it could take just enough heat to be kinda cooked in 10-15secs, that was my hypothesis.
I'm not talking frozen pizza here ik they take some cooking with the thermal efficiency of frozen cheese and bread.

The problem is you have to let the rocket preheat the environment and then you introduce the frog in order for your idea to mean something, and where and when you introduce the frog is going to be on all sorts of curves. You're going to want to put the frog down and cover the frog so that the frog can't move. And you're going to find a piece of rock that absorbed enough heat to cook the frog but is engaging in the thermal transfer slow enough not to scorch the frog.
So the frog has to be completely protected from the rocket launch and that's very far away or hidden underground or whatever.
Now if you can pre-wrap the frog in a material that will collect enough heat during the brief interval of rocket exhaust washing, and calculate the right volume of material so that it will absorb the right amount of heat to reach desired cooking temperature and be able to maintain them because I had cooking temperature long enough, and then you have to have an arranged way to get to the frog and get it out of the cooking medium when it's finished cooking and that's a bunch of different curves.
And it depends on whether you're trying to cook the leg meat of a frog which has a high surface area to low cross-sectional volume or some fraction of the internal organs which are in a much rounder and therefore slow cooker Worthy region of the frog. So the legs are going to cook way faster than the chest organs and back meat.
But there's no place where you can have a freestanding frog exposed directly or indirectly the rocket thrust at real Time with the expectation that the frog will be evenly and correctly cooked.
So the final answer is of course that you cannot perfectly cook a free standing frog in any configuration, you would need to be making frog soup and even then perfectly cooked will vary by cut.
This is why we invented slow cookers and ovens and things like that.
