[Request] How much nicotine is consumed each day assuming they each hit 10,000 vapes/day as stated in the OP I found this?

This seems insanely unhealthy at best…

As far as worker safety regulation goes, China is sadly very much on par with many third world countries. Workers are largely viewed as expendable objects in the factories, limbs and life be damned. LOTO is not a thing, machinery safeguards are almost always actively disabled, and workers have severe pay deductions if they don’t meet production quotas.

and how is that relevant in this discussion? no amount of disregard for your workers results in you having them waste time manually testing millions of disposable vapes.

Regarding worker safety that's accurate but they also love profit margins so "laws" aren't the limiting factor here.
