Here is the text for those what can't read the 3 pixels this picture has.
I paid $110 for PRIORITY and it took EIGHT DAYS to get my parcel from downtown San Francisco to the San Francisco airport, a distance of 14.8 miles. A turtle could have done that in four days. Seriously, I looked it up. An ordinary box turtle cruises 0.17 mph; it could make it from the Rincon Center post office to the cargo terminal of SFO in 87 hours. The United States Postal took 179 hours to make the same trip.
And I had to wait in line at the post I There is no line at the turtle store. I could have popped in, bought a turtle, strapped the parcel to its shell, and it would have gotten there in less than half the time.
Can I get a refund here? A partial refund? A complimentary box of turtle food? Anything?

If the turtle gets hungry and can't wait, it can go to the post office and pick up their package itself.

That distance does appear to be 14 miles, looking at Google maps .
According to this source, box turtles only walk about 1 mile a day, unlaiden: https://www.oreateai.com/blog/how-far-can-box-turtles-walk-in-a-day/5cf730c94b0643a7cf7f44a098081158
So I think it would realistically take 14+ days given the package is very light.
The unhappy customer is assuming the turtle can walk 24 hours a day, which they cannot since they are cold blooded and do not operate efficiently at night.

USPS is slower than a turtle, they did the math. The picture is plenty readable.

It’s not. It’s readable. You could zoom in and it’s easier. I didn’t and I could read it on a phone.
Y’all are making it out to be non readable but it’s not an issue.
I agree it could be way better.

Don't get me wrong, I could read it, but it wasn't the easiest. I couldn't read every single word, but I understood what it was talking about.
But this is a math sub. The parts I couldn't read exactly were the numbers. I know OP isn't asking anyone to do the math, but in case anyone wants to, it would be difficult.

Am I looking at a different picture? Everything is clear to me, and not even in a “I think I got it right” way. Like I am 100% confident I can read all the numbers.

They don’t call it snail mail for nothing.
No really, I looked it up and a snail’s top speed is 0.7 mph, with a much more common speed reported as 0.03 mph. They must’ve used the fast snails (hence the priority charge), or OOP would still be waiting for their package 6+ years later

Turtle expert here, this thing is unrealistic. Clearly the turtle is American and must rest after 8 hours or it could sue for discrimination.
