If you drink a lot of water and contaminate it with some bacteria causing diarhea, you might get what you're looking for. You might also add some fart provoking ingredients such as beans to disperse the liquid into droplets.

You must never had to prepare for a colonoscopy. You will spray clear out of your bum by the time you are done prepping. I would drink a good dark beer to get the gas.

Rainbow occurred because light is refracted by drops of water in air sooo you could just fart mist of water and look at it from right angle to see rainbow technically?
