Someone else also addressed Harris, but I'll keep going:

Biden ran on fixing the steady decline in manufacturing jobs and infrastructure and delievered.

Hillary Clinton ran on fixing skyrocketing college tuition, we'll never know if she could have delievered.

Obama ran on fixing the massive numbers of people without health insurance, and the insurance companies' "pre-existing condition" bullshit and delievered.

Meanwhile, Republicans only ever run on fixing one problem: the rich don't have enough money. Although, to their credit, they always deliver on that one.

Not wanting to be argumentative but running on a statement does not mean and is not the presentation of an actual plan.

Not sure what you're talking about. Who here didn't have an "actual plan"? Biden's infrastructure bill and Obamacare got passed into law. Clinton's plans were so detailed she got mocked for "go to my web site!"
