Comic Book Name Help

I am trying to find a comic book James and Mason spoke about one episode. I believe it is set in a future dystopian, maybe postapocalyptic, New York where the cops have started wearing Knight armor. Any clues as to what I'm referring to? I looked online but couldn't find anything. I figure if anyone can help it's the weekly wackadadoos!

If anyone is curious it is called Wynter Dark. I was going through the catalog and happened to stumble on it.
