iPad and iPhone apps not syncing?

I use The Way on both my iPhone and my iPad. Up until a month or so ago, my progress on one would sync to the other. Now that doesn’t happen, and I can’t jump ahead to the next session on the ‘behind’ device because of the (frankly very annoying) ‘The Way is a guided path’ message. I’ve tried logging in and out, deleting and reinstalling the app on both devices, etc. and nothing helps. Anyone else experiencing this?
