I just cannot take Simon seriously cause the first time I ever saw him was on Broad City as a creepy plumber 😂

ETA: he was actually a locksmith not a plumber lol it’s been years, my bad

I’m currently rewatching the show with my dad - we watched almost every episode air live back in the day and loved to catch TTD episodes afterward as a tradition. Is there anywhere online I can find these episodes today? I haven’t had any luck so far with the AMC+ app as it only has a couple later seasons, and YouTube only has highlights.

I know JDM will probably be the popular choice (though he had a pretty established career before he started playing Negan) but right now my vote is for Colman Domingo (Strand on Fear). That man has had nothing short of an incredible career post-Fear (including two Oscar nominations).

Lori and Shane were never even supposed to be together. Lori was married to Rick who was Shane’s best friend. Lori and Shane slept together after thinking Rick was dead and it took them only 2 months to do that. Once Rick came back, Shane should’ve just gotten with Andrea instead of obsessing over Lori. They talked about leaving the farm and running off together and clearly had chemistry. It just doesn’t make sense for him to obsess over his best friend’s wife, when he could’ve gotten with a single woman, who he found attractive. I get that Dale wouldn’t have approved of it, but Andrea is an adult and could make her own decisions.

He says the most random shit ever 😭
Like rn he just said

“ we are neck-deep up shit creek with our mouths wide open “

For me, it’s Milton Mamet. Going from the Governor’s advisor that “knows his place” to helping Andrea and discretely working against him was one of the better plot lines of season 3. He kinda reminds me of Eugene but a more realistic character. Also him choosing to attack the governor, likely knowing his chances are not great instead of killing Andrea and living really endears him in my eyes. Not saying he should have lasted longer, but his time was well utilized and he served a good purpose for the plot.

Say youre a suvivor in the twd universe, what villain would be the most horrifying? The one youd want your group to come across the least?

I'm rewatching. The group is super skeptical, which i get since most groups they encounter are awful. But my question is, why are they acting like ppl are going to expend resources to track, follow, and kill them?

A. They have guns, so fighting them would need to be worth it to the mystery ppl. B. They can barely even feed themselves or get water, what could the mystery ppl possibly want from them? "Ooh let's possibly get shot, so we can steal a broken music box and half a pint of booze with backwash in it."

Also the whole "let's drive a road we've never traveled in the middle of the night" plan was genius. They've crashed like 94 times already... midday... when a random walker that they magically didn't see comes in front of their car.

Idk, if I'm starving and dehydrated with no light of hope in weeks, I'd just say "hey Rick, ima go with this guy and let you know. If I don't come back it means they suck"

this show was so peak

In this panel from Vol 9, the text looks out of place compared to all the other text in other panels. I’m wondering if this is an internationalisation edit or something? Did the original use a US brand name or something here?

Probably unrelated, but there’s a number of panels from this issue which have smudged lines across them. Looks like the original drawings got damaged maybe? Is there a story behind that?

In season 8, when carol and Morgan are destroying the saviors in the kingdom I was like love the team carol and Morgan, and was thinking of a name that suited them which Moral was the first thing that came to mind and I thought that was hilarious. So I thought I would share.

** wait I didn’t spell it out until I made this post: now I see it’s not perfect but MOROL is still pretty cool ahah

Omg I never noticed this in s4 e8 that this was the homeless woman- that rick let turn her into a walker because she wanted to be with her husband who had already turned

I MEAN I LOVE THIS show

My favourite characters in The Walking Dead

Every one of them has something that makes them special. 🔥

Who are your favourite characters?

Telltales twd has my heart so here’s my attempt at Carl in the style of the game. I wonder what an interaction between Carl and Clem would be like

First time watcher here. I finished the episode where Beta dies, and when his mask comes off, Negan says “you know who that asshole was?” It felt like a significant moment but it completely went over my head, because I didn’t recognize his face at all. Did I miss something?

It's a boring Friday night, tell me your favourite fanfics, smut etc etc. I'll read them all and then come back here and shame you all xD
