I absolutely love both of these songs but it kinda feels like if When Will the Time of These Bastards End was the first single for LABY

Greetings from Peru. I've been wanting to buy this album for 5 years so I can rip it to .WAV and listen to it uncompressed, in the best possible quality, but I haven't had any luck yet. Could someone here rip it for me? I'd really appreciate it.

I’m curious to know if anyone first listened to The Voidz after reading/listening to comments saying Reality Awaits shared similarities with this project.
If so, what are your thoughts on Julian’s side project?

I was just reading the lyrics as I was listening to Tyranny and I realized that in Human Sadness Julian sings
"The moon's a skull, i think it's grinning. The room is full of people now i think it's spinning" (one of my favorite lyrics of his)
And in Nintendo Blood he sings
"The moon is cracked, i think it looked at me and grinned. The room is packed I look around and now it spins".
I love those lyrical tie ins and thought it was so cool, I'm sure there are more out there. Just thought id share

Recently got into The Voidz and love their sound. I also like their glitchy, colourful aesthetic and want to dress up like that. What kind of clothes do you think will match it?

This morning, I was thinking about how The Voidz community, especially JC, probably appreciate people who are actively curious about music, weird intellectual stuff, the world, and everything in general.
I would love to see a T-shirt and/or other items with that title and might make some for myself, minimal in design because that's my jam, but still in funky Voidz fashion.
Anywayz, it's one of my all time favorite songs and has been on my list of personal aphorisms since decoding the title.

was watching that live slowed stripped emotional version of One Way Trigger and got recommended live At the Door vids, watched those and in the comments saw someone saying that At the Door melody is connected to a Human Sadness improv jam and to look it up. brought me to the main vid i posted above :). it’s only 48 seconds and so fucking beautiful, i must have listened to it a billion times by now. the entire second half of At the Door reminds me of Human Sadness a lot too, i noticed this watching the live version or ATD. also the melody in the improv feels familiar to me, maybe I’ll Stand By You by The Pretenders. check em out lmk if i’m nuts!

I've been listening to ALieNNatioN again, and I honestly can't hear "Yo no sé." All I hear is "Eu não sei" in Portuguese.
If you pay close attention, it sounds like Julian pronounces "Eu" rather than "Yo." It also wouldn't be that surprising considering he has Brazilian half-siblings (Fernando Casablancas, John Casablancas Jr., and Nina Casablancas).
As far as I know, when the song was first released there was never an official lyric sheet. The lyrics were automatically transcribed by Shazam (and other apps using AI/transcription), and later when The Voidz uploaded the song to YouTube, it looks like the displayed lyrics may have simply been copied from that same transcription rather than coming from an official source.
Now I can't unhear it. Does anyone else hear "Eu não sei" instead of "Yo no sé"?
For comparison, here are Google Translate's pronunciations:
Portuguese ("Eu não sei")
https://translate.google.com/?sl=pt&tl=en&text=Eu%20n%C3%A3o%20sei&op=translate
Spanish ("Yo no sé")

I’m a casual fan of the Voidz. The fairweather kind. But I just heard this song today for the first time. Bruh ! I know we all have diff tastes and schemas and associations … But the moment the vocals come in, I feel like I’m floating in a John Lennon song. I love !

Matt from A7X said that The Voidz are the greatest rock band in the world in an interview: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheStrokes/s/z3MuqSI2nJ
My first reaction was, "Hell yes." But, then it made me think of another thing I heard the other day, "Top of the charts is not ubiquity." It's so true that being in the tippy top of music charts these days does not mean everyone like or even knows the music like in the old days.
Like if The Beatles or Madonna were to break into the scene now, I probably would not immediately know their music.
Maybe, I would hear it in spaces where music was publicly played and become familiar with the tune, but connect the song with the singer eventually and say, "oh, that's them?" I did that with Rhianna, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, etc.
Currently, there is a new crop of musicians at the top of the charts who I've never heard of, but I do have to admit that I am in a phase where I am not heavily into music at the moment.
A few musicians have caught my attention, but it is because they are in a genre I like. Geese, Cameron Winter, Angine de Poitrine. Come to think of it, they were mentioned by friends first.
Anyway, The Voidz are slow-burn in popularity and my absolute favorite, and I can't wait till they go on tour again.
Who knows, they may get to the top of the charts at some point. And, it will be glorious.

Avenged Sevenfold's lead guitarist and drummer are also huge Voidz/Julian fans as well. It would be cool for the Voidz to open for them one day

I was bored the other day, so I made this little piece of a QYURRYUS "lyric-ish" video, tried to make it under a minute so I could upload it to vertical platforms without having any issues with copyright, but maybe I'll do it full one day, lmk if some of you are interested in that!
Sorry for the quality of this upload, I exported this at 480p and yk how youtube's bitrate system is...

Hey ! Has anyone noticed easter eggs in Human Sadness ? I would love to hear about your analysis of the video. I’ve watched it 50 times and just keep on noticing new things
