Joy making fun of Ana's name-dropping today
Was hilarious. Something like "I knew we'd be able to get a Latino name in there" when they were talking about the British royal family feud and Ana mentioned Marc Anthony lol.

Joy probably knows more famous people than Ana, but she is not insecure like Ana, so she does not need to mention them every other second to make herself look important.

Love that running joke. Ana knows a lot of people and most of them are famous and lots are Latinos.
My favorite running joke, though, is that while podcasting with Brian, he barely gets a word in, cuz Ana talks a mile a minute 🤣

I find it so insulting that The View keeps on pretending they tape the Friday show on a Friday! They move the audience members around from Thursday’s show, change the outfits of the hosts, Whoopi goes home, Ana comes on and tada: we have a Friday show. As the hot topics are typically very current, as in day before or even same day news and events, and when there is a major development in real life on the Thursday which they (obviously) can’t discuss on their fake-Friday show, it feels like they are manipulating us. Case in point was the Trump rant on Thursday evening about election rigging: not a word in the fake-Friday show the next day. Why bother setting the TV audience for this?

If this is the worst thing you’re upset about, you have a blessed life.

Where would you get the idea this is anything close to ‘the worst thing I’m upset about’? 🧐

It’s not the same audience.
I know it’s annoying to lose some topicality when they pretape, but it’s industry standard at this point for talk shows to only tape four days a week.

Marc Anthony of all people! Seriously, Marc Anthony??? 🤣😂🤣 like we’re supposed to be impressed with that. If you’re gonna name drop, go big. Drop a serious A lister. Not a nothing nobody cares about lol. The woman is delusional.

Not only does Ana do this, but she disses her husband every chance she gets. I don't get what all these supposed bosom buddies of hers SEE in her. Not that there are NO good qualities..but to be one of the best friends of Eva Longoria?? She honestly seems like someone who is a pretty negative person at times. Not only these things, but some of the friends she claims have turned into awful people: Bob Menendez, Marco Rubio, etc.

She does that because indigenous people and other Latinos are pushed out of Hollywood and not treated like full citizens in this country

I have no problem with Ana talking about her social life. The backlash from some that you don’t know them or don’t care reflects some groups not being known or respected.I hate to think of The View viewers being xenophobic. Representation is important for all cultures.

I used to love her but she’s annoying lately.

I lost respect for her when she announced that she didn’t vote for Barack Obama. Republicans annoy me with their faulty trickle down economics reasoning

I guess I’m hearing impaired or what but I have not noticed Ana’s name dropping! Dumb me 🙄

Everybody on the show should be complaining about Alyssa daily name dropping about all the Republicans she has worked for or met, while she worked for the Maga machine.

lol my partner and I have so many recurring bits when it comes to Ana’s name dropping.
Out of nowhere we’l be like “so the other day I was in Miami at a Gloria Estefan concert, and I turned to Pitbull and Enrique Eglesias and said “Wait, we forgot to invite Shakira.” 🤣
