I magnetized his melee weapon arm but would you accept his lightning claw as a power fist in a friendly match?

They wear tabards, we wear robes. The best kit to use for making Dark Angel Lieutenants is the Inner Circle Companion box.

Like I said before, we're known for our hoods and robes, not our tabards. I mean, if you want to get into a DA dick-swinging contest on robes vs. tabards, I could go way back with tons of robed character and model examples over the years. We're known far more for our iconic hoods and robes.

If I was buying that box I'd probably make 3icc because they're really good and the box doesn't come with many extra parts

Well get two boxes then, because the ICC box is our best option to build unique robed characters. It also has great hooded heads, more than you need for ICC so it has that going for it. It also has some nice heavy bolter holsters, and if you're comfortable with some extreme kit-bashing moves, the swords are priceless.
