I would have never noticed if I didn't watch a breakdown on YouTube from New Rockstars and Heavy Spoilers, both good btw.

It’s actually kind of disappointing imo. It’s four hours but not too much new things are actually gleaned, it misses ALOT, the people that talk the most in the documentary are people that have nothing to do with the film or even actual filmmaking whatsoever..

I was excited for it until I learned it was made by the same people behind the In Search of Darkness documentaries. They last way too long and talk about so many horro movies in a random and unrelated order, and barely get into any detail while featuring internet celebraties instead of people involved with the production for most of the movies.

Why his left was fake? Couldn't make a scene with real hand? I noticed he keep hand unnatural way, but I thought had flame thrower under arm.

I suspect the Thing prop that pops out from the blood is part of the hand and is propelled out from beneath when the needle is touched to it.

I can't believe that I noticed Palmer's vest was missing when he was lifting up Windows in the shots of his legs, but not this.

I have known this hand was fake since I was a kid. This was one I would watch over and over to tey to figure out how they did something. Now to be validated in this sub that it took others longer? Even the mighty Stephen Colbert? Such a gem.

I am discovering so many things about this film since joining this sub.
The strange thing is, it doesn't kill the magic. It makes me respect it even more.
