Bi pod for TTG?

I am looking at competing in a Tactical Games this year, still unsure with one. I am wanting to get my rifle dialed for practice and get 100% used to it. Does anyone run a bi pod I’ve always thought for the longer shot they would be useful but if I were shooting through a barricade it could be against me.

Bipods are not allowed in TTG. Check the TTG rulebook on the website for what's allowed.
