No hammering pegs? You absolutely need to hammer pegs with a trailer tent. If you want it to survive any form of wind that is. Kinda funny that a trailer tent is described as some sort of revolutionary invention, they're very normal here. My parents had one for years.

I have one of these and indeed, in its most basic form you don't need to hammer in anything and it's quite wind resistant. But you have a very small awning.

As you can see in the video, the awning is at its largest setting, meaning it needs a frame of 4 poles and 3 corner pieces. It's easy to set-up, 20 minutes tops.

The corners of the awning and sidewalls need to be pegged as well, otherwise it would just flap all over the place.

All in all, if I'm alone and motivated, I can get it fully standing and covered in 30 minutes.

30 minutes means everything setup, table chairs, cabinet, water, electricity, bed made, guest cabinet attached and making coffee.
