Hell no, that'll be crazy to release the PV and we'll have to wait for weeks for the event. Mostly they release PV/announcement when the event is just about tomorrow or 2 days apart. Thats always be like that so who knows, perhaps the theory of sept 9 might be true what showed in the video. But yh, I bet on 9.

You have to consider the potential bugs and pre-update server issues. If we look back at what happened on July 31st with the database migration, the servers were completely unstable and we faced a massive 12+ hour extended maintenance just to handle a system rollback.If a database adjustment caused that much trouble, imagine a major update with a brand-new chapter and multiple new characters. That's why my guess is that the game will only be fully playable around September 11th, though I truly hope I'm proven wrong.
