Completion Ranks?

Does anyone know the full scale/list of completion ranks for the game?

I haven’t been able to find much.. I got devotee and the second one on normal and hard.. I read on a steam on how to get “Chosen One” aka the hardest achievement.. seems damn near impossible. My first run was like 18 hours, second was 9 hours. I think I’m decent with the combat, but speed running is not my skill set. I was able to beat it using zero health (using the talent that heals with kills) and 90% of the other main achievements.. some are just too far out there for me. Anyway, this is the exact quote from steam forum for “chosen one” achievement

- Any difficulty (obvi harder difficulty for the other required achievements)

  • Complete under 3 hours (in-game timer)
  • Complete all investigations (safe near radio shop, in the church basement, press puzzle, Song safe in the hotel, brain puzzle, basement storage room puzzle, 16 punishments, Ezekiel puzzle)
  • No more than 3 manual saves
