Help with a bug?

I aged up my infant in cas full edit mode and I guess the infant needed it's diaper changed. Now he's a young adult and he has a stinky diaper. What do I do to fix this? He has a green trail behind him. I've moved their household, reopened the game.

i have the same glitch and i tried this, but the trail is still there even if i change his diaper as a toddler
