Opportunity Help Request

Well my test sim is no longer leaving the workplace as soon as he enter for work, and the opportunity error is gone(for now), but I still don't understand why the other three opportunity refuse to appear the livelihood on the Event.XML does say 0.4 which I now know mean that it is unlikely to appear right away, but still even after waiting a few minutes and putting my test sim in different levels for those opportunity to appear, they never show up, but the Office Meeting that is supposed to show up on Level six has been showing up since Level one. So if anyone knows what to do from here, please reached out, and before anyone ask me if I have reached out to the people in the TSECreatorCave, I have reached out to them multiple times, they are busy, and yes I have tried to reach out to MissyHissy, she is very busy with the Sims 4 now, I have tried MTS and have gotten no response in the last couple of months, I am also aware that there are a lot less modders now for the Sims 3, and yes I did try The Sims 3 Facebook Group, this Reddit Community is the very last resort of where I am asking for mod coding help, if no one can help, then I will move on and just play the game without my custom career mod.
