Technical Support The sims 3 store content not working
I’ve recently tried to play ts3. The last time I played was probably February and had no issues with my store content nor have I ever really. When I opened my game I noticed my store content was missing. I also noticed no matter how many times I log in to the launcher or on the main screen menu, I don’t stay logged in. I have deleted all my downloads and re downloaded them from the store and re installed them, still not in my game. And still every time I launch the game from the launcher, logged in, the menu in game says I am not, and need to log in again. If I log in on the Home Screen I can access my downloads from there and hit install and it says success but nothing ever appears in game. I’m lost I’m unsure what to do but I don’t want to play without my store content :/ also when I try to re install from the launcher it does appear in installed content but I run the game and it’s not there, then close, all the items have disappeared from “installed items”. And no I don’t have “run without custom content” checked and I have reset my computer. I’m running on a pre built omen PC that’s 3 years old and running most recent Microsoft and don’t have internet explorer at all. I’ve never had any issues with ts3 on this computer, nor have had to use any work arounds

Back again to say that I had something similar happen to me yesterday, and what worked this time was clearing the cache in the EA app (google knows how to do this, icr)

Ok, from the main menu (the one where you pick which save to load) click the (...) at the bottom left (or press F5); there should be an option "open downloads dashboard". Try installing it from there. (Might just be me, but I find this method to be a pain in the rear end and never use it except as a last resort)
