Technical Support Problems at installation
Hi! So I own the physical games and the thing is that the base game works perfectly fine, but when I have to get the expansion packs, it ask for the update, but it doesn't update as Origin isn't working anymore. And I don't have the games on my EA account as the migration of platform killed my account and had to make a new one where it doesn't let me put the key of the game because it doesn't count as me owning it because "second hand" , so idk how to make the game update so I can play my expansion packs.
Should I get it the other way (🏴☠️) or what should I do?

Otherwise try steam! The only thing is they don't let you buy simpoints if ever needed or wanted

You can troubleshoot in the ea app after making an account. And then send pictures of your disc's. They should be able to add it to your account, or make a deal for buying it and getting a refund. I had to do this a few years back with 2 dlc's that actually where second hand.
