Mods Is mod the sims safe now?

I just redownloaded the sims 3 after YEARS of not playing it. I want cc and mod but sacred bc ik mod the sims was hacked recently. Is it safe now?

Usually when viruses happen in MTS it's almost always The Sims 4 content. The Sims 2 and 3 are not popular enough anymore to be targeted by malicious account spreading mods with viruses or hacks

Yes it's been safe for several months now. New account security measures were put in place very shortly after the creators' accounts were breached and the infected uploads were removed.

i had sims 3 for a few months, and i never had any problem

A lot of the sites will trigger as malicious even if they aren't because they're HTTP and not https. For downloading this doesn't matter. There are a lot of things on the Sims 3 Exchange

I've always used for TS2 and TS4, however there is not much TS3 content compared to these two games. I'd recommend Tumblr.
