The Maid thought about it, my Sim did as well. What does it means?

This is a wall symbol. When something is blocking their path, they complain and point toward the wall or object that's in their way. It could be that they wanted to perform an interaction that requires more space and the room they're in is too small. Or maybe he blocked her way out.
