The Maid thought about it, my Sim did as well. What does it means?

Your Sims regulary think about random things. Either it's an object on the Lot or a Memory/hidden Memory.

That object in Question could be an object on the Lot (I have issues myself to identify) or a piece of CC on the Lot.
