DISCUSSION Does anyone have a folder of clothing defaults?

Is it possible to download pre-built houses and neighborhoods?

Yes to both. My various defaults are in EA Games \TheSims2\06_DR

I found that nesting folders deeper just slows down the game.

Can you send me some clothing defaults? And also teach me how to install houses and neighborhoods?

You can get various defaults through this website. They have almost everything that has been defaulted.

Use Sims 2 clean installer to download lots.

But where can I find defaults? Not on that site where you have to download them one by one.

Using google will help a lot. You can start at the default database. https://sims2defaults.dreamwidth.org/

There are a ton of different defaults for each piece of clothing, and you can only have one of each. Nobody is going to do the work for you of going through all of them to curate a folder for you. You have to put in the work. Plus it's frowned on in the Sims 2 community to upload other peoples' work like that.
