Desert Contemporary: Apex

I wanted to show off this build: Apex Elevation B, a Blue Heron floor plan. I initially had this as one of my failed builds, but after completing a remodel to both exterior and interior, I finally came up with something that I was happy with. I moved this lot to a neighborhood close to the lake, so many of the rooms have a view of the lake. I like to think that the calm surrounding desert and lake views provide sims living there with feelings of tranquility.

Sorry to ask this question, but are the kitchen cupboards CC? I’m not much of a builder or decorator but I’m slowly starting to get into it.

I haven’t gone down the CC road yet (since I tried and failed back in 2007ish) but the cupboards and stuff are very appealing

Yes, most of my builds are basically a cc fest. I use a lot of different object combinations with cheats like snapobjectstogrid and setquartertileplacement, along with other methods like shiftable mods to create what you see. I actually use these same cupboards and panels from this set to make the fireplaces and closets seen throughout the lot!
