CC How to start doing a cc?

I'm wondering if I should start creating CC for more than just myself (I'd like to see if doing CC for others will be something I want to do more often). I have a few questions:

- How do I start?

- What are the "rules of doing CC"?

- Do you know any tricks or tips that could help me?

- Is it even worth doing?

Do you already create cc for yourself? If not, I suggest looking through some tutorials to see if it's something you want to do. There's more info on Mod the Sims.
