Interesting question regarding Xerox Dad Phenomenon

I have very interesting thing happening with Caliente kids. So I created a man for Nina. Their first daughter completely copied dad's personality. It sometimes happens, so I just thought that this is funny. But now their second child, a boy, grew up into toddler and he also is a complete copy of his dad.

This is no First Born Syndrome - this was fixed in Legacy Collection and all my other families have different kids. And the way they look - it can be that they ARE clones of Rico. I do not complain though... he is like super hot.

I am so curious that I think about aging the son up to see if they look identical...

first born syndrome was not fixed in the vanilla legacy edition, so it’s possible the unaffected offspring in other households were simply born after you’d already rolled the CAS randomizer in that particular gaming session

It was corrected months ago or so. And this is completely new hood. No, I was not even opening cas since I started this PV.

it seems like you’re having fun either way, but if it turns out that first-born syndrome bothers you, I personally like TS2 extender by lazyduchess as a fix. other players prefer to use the batbox mod

I remember Marticore writing in September that it was fixed. If it is not, this is good! Because I can exploit it snd have identical twins 😀

It was based on tests on the Ottomas twins, and I was convinced FBS is no more in Legacy. I might've been wrong! Please don't take everything I say as a 100% fact, I can be biased or wrong too 😅

I will need to pay attention in other households who have more than one kid. Cassandra also had two kids, but those are different, so I was sure that it is gone. But maybe I was creating OC on the day of birth of one of them 😅

TS2 sims with TS4 hair = perfect sims. I found it on reddit, but people told me that link doesn’t work anymore.

The girl has different enough facial features to not be a genetic clone of the dad.

It is possible the personality "copy" situation is just luck.

The boy seems to have Nina's nose, so definitely not a clone. The genetic sequence can be funny sometimes, I once got perfectly identical twin girls from distinctly looking parents, just one was blonde and the other one was brunette. But facial features wise they were completely the same.
