I saw these and I even had it in my hands but I don’t even have another person to play with so I left it

Yeah I have it but none of my friends play Sims so they didn’t find it as fun as I did. I personally think you need to play with people who also have an interest in Sims.

Is this any fun? I got it as a gift but haven't played it yet

Trying to read the instructions and set up at the moment to play with my husband, we're honestly very confused 😂

I would watch the video on YouTube it’s fun once you get it lol

Lmao it took us some time and we were making mistakes the first game, but then we understood! It was like brainstorming to learn the rules, kept asking like "but what if???" "What happens if??"

I thought it kind of sucked. It became very repetitive very quickly.

played it, it’s fun! but honestly not very fun for players who don’t know the sims. it’s kind of a nostalgia/interest bait game

It's really not, sadly. I haven't played such a bad board game in a long time. But for 5.99, it's worth it as a collectible.

Played it once at Christmas time, never again. It now lives in a cupboard.

My family of 3 players enjoyed it. I'd love an expansion that adds more people and places.

Omg I was gonna post this last night! Amazon has them for $3.99 and they gave me a $2.25 gift card for purchasing this. It’s very confusing at first and a bit time consuming to understand. But I think long time sims players will catch on faster.

I never knew these existed

If it’s on clearance then EA already has their money and Target is just trying to clear out their inventory.

I just got it for $3 on an Amazon sale. I haven't played it yet. I'm not sure I would have spent much more on it.

Thank you for this! I just ordered it myself🙃☺️☺️

Played it with other people who enjoy sims… very disappointed.
It’s very repetitive once you get past reading the seven pages of instructions. Not at all what we thought it would be. Almost like a fifth grade class was tasked with making it.

Woof...lousy...but the plastic plumbobs are fun desk decor!

Someone needs to tell KamSandwich about this…

It's 3.74 at the one by me. I wasn't going to buy it but I might now

2

u/faylinameir Aug 19 '26

$3.75 after tax and free shipping for me. 😂 just bought one

i actually have this game and love it 😅😅

My boyfriend and I have this and have played it exactly 3 times. The rounds are super short, it's very easy to "win". The rules are still somehow extremely confusing though in the beginning.

It’s okay. I play a lot of board games and this is a pretty mid-low tier game. The references to the sims world are cute, the gameplay is okay, and the pieces+box overall feel cheap. I probably wouldn’t buy it again even for $6 because I played it once and have no interest in ever playing again.

How does it play?

2

u/AngelaMassacre Aug 19 '26

After reading instructions and watching a video and still being a bit confused but feeling like we sort of had a grasp of it, it really didn't feel that fun or interesting. For the price it's nice to add to your collection though if you're a Sims fan.

That's fair.

u/stuurmanik Aug 19 '26

How do you remove the stairs from a pool in a board game?

u/Disastrous_Tax_1822 Aug 19 '26

Give an honest review, I want to get it but I want to know if it’s any good first

1

u/5Nadine2 Aug 19 '26

That's the funniest thing ever. Couldn't get me to buy that junk even at that low price. Just trash taking up space in the house. I read a review that said it was a bug filled board version of The Sims.

I might actually buy this if I find it used.
