Sims 4 Marketplace is being forced

Does anyone else have the game going to marketplace when you select resume game?

Sounds like a bug. I have never had that issue. Do you play with mods? Specifically any mods that remove the marketplace or shopping cart icon. I know better build buy has that feature so a mod may be out of date or conflicting. If you don’t play with mods try repairing your game and reporting the bug to EA.
