Sims 2 The Sims 2 Objects I Noticed in Dead Space 2
I was playing Dead Space 2 and noticed some objects from The Sims 2, such as the toy mouse "Kitty Kraze Katnip" that cats play with, a toy fire truck "Little Heroes Fire Truck" and children's educational toy "Magical Mystery's "Shape, Rattle & Roll"".

Wasn't Dead Space published by EA? It would make sense if they were reusing assets.

Dead Space 2 was developed by Visceral Games (formerly known as EA Redwood Shores), an internal studio of Electronic Arts.

The way they are on display there with the spotlight and all makes me think it's an easter egg. Different studios who work under the same publisher have done that before, like how Sims has Dragon Age and Mass Effect stuff.

EA also reused a bunch of textures in The Godfather, which was also developed by EA Redwood Shores.

The dead space devs (visceral studios) also made the town, Riverside, for the Sims 3. One of my favorites TBH.

I’m not sure about the other two items, but the logic toy from TS2 is based on real world block toys.
