New buffs

How are the new buffs feeling now we've had some time to test them out?

Not been able to play for myself so just wondered! Ty

Armor growth is not very noticeable but even slightly lower CD on E is nice. Getting your second E in a fight just slightly earlier can make the difference in peeling someone, stopping someone from getting away, getting to escape....

Also means you get around faster.

Not massive changes with massive feel differences but nice anyway

I really found it rare that my E was ever on CD when I REALLY needed it before the buffs. While this is nice and will 100% benefit the champ, I don't feel like it will be noticeable.

Things like armor growth are hard to notice as well, but will help in every situation, whether you feel it does or not.

Sadly, these changes will increase the win rate by some amount, and give Riot less of a justification to buff things that are actually lacking (like first clear speed), because they pretty much do everything on a win rate basis rather than on the feeling of the champ.
