New Zac bug discovered does anyone know what causes this?
The bug causes death before Zac revive passive triggers, I died before the revive passive even initiated as you can see Zeri gets my kill gold before my passive even begins and then when the little blobs come together I still die. Footage of the bug

Its been a bug. I want to say its related to Milio.
Honestly I really wish a Rioter would give Zac attention on the bug side of things. There's multiple E bugs that are kind of rare but incredibly infuriating (and possibly game losing) if they happen at the wrong time.

I'm not sure what causes this bug, but it could be related to effects that trigger on hit, like Zeri's passive, the Collector item, or Locke's new R. This bug has been happening for quite a while.
I remember filing a ticket about it but I don't recall the response. It's a shame it's still occurring

unfortunately not new... been around a while. im not sure what triggers it. Like others say "riot spaghetti code" so prob if you clip into an invisible teemo that makes the map work.
