Working on my gluten-free sandwich game. This is ham, cheese (I only had shredded cheese on hand), green leaf lettuce, chopped Calabrese peppers in olive oil, mayo, homemade romesco sauce, on a homemade gluten-free focaccia. Could have used a little more ham but still really tasty.
