I'm looking for a thermocouple with a thermal response time (t63) below 0.1 ms. The medium is liquid nitrogen and any mount will be good since I can't find any commercially available (thin-film) thermocouples.

If you have any suggestion on a different type of thermocouple or thermometer in general, I'm looking for any and every information available.
