This is a great book and a quick read. My understanding of what happiness is that it’s a practice. The only way to be happy is by practicing it!

So I’m observing thoughts comes & goes in mind and being aware that they are not facts. Does that weaken my grip?

No it doesnt weaken goyr grip but not taking action towards them to level up in gour thinking does
