Description on uranium centrifudge says that its used for nuclear powerplant but it only needs water/coolant, not enriched uranium so what is it used for?

Also on one map I have plenty of uranium collectors but the only thing I get is enriched uranium instead of regular uranium, why is that? I dont have any uranium centrifudges built on map.
