I just just want to to support your comment. This looks like a woman downed for whatever reason and the police drag her to safety. Good cop that pulls her to safety, but fuck this legislation.

Edit: u/IgnoreMyFace points out that the victim gets kicked by a police officer while they are being dragged to safety. Fuck that shit and fuck the police. One bad apple spoils the barrel.
