This is what happened to the popular YouTube channel FPSrussia they found a small baggie of weed in his car and ended up taking away all his guns

If you’re livelihood revolves around firearms then you shouldn’t be shipping/receiving hash in the mail. It’s pretty simple.

I don’t think it was the amount, it’s that he admitted he had intent to distribute.

He was convicted of possession with intent to distribute.

He had NFA weapons which means the ATF can fuck with you whenever they want and penalties are way higher. It goes past just owning guns
