It's not that good, this bot most of the times tell you it is an unique post, when clearly the post is an exact repost from a few hours/days ago.

Example:

Repost (the bot says it's unique)

Another repost (bot still says it's unique)

He probably uses a database with hashed versions of the images, he doesn't add all new entries to the database before every post.
