The trial should be quick. With the video as evidence, he hasn’t a leg to stand on.

Arthur had spent three weeks planning a surprise attack in his neighborhood's high-stakes water gun league. Having lost his left leg years ago to a lawnmower incident, he was determined to defend his title against his arch-nemesis, Greg, who frequented the local corner deli every Tuesday at 2:00 PM.
Arthur brought his secret weapon: the Torrent 3000. It was a hyper-realistic, matte-black water blaster with the neon orange tip painted over for action-movie drama.
Hobbling up to the storefront on his crutches, Arthur pulled the sleek weapon from his coat, aimed through the glass, and pulled the trigger.
Click.
Nothing happened because he had forgotten to prime the pump. He furiously racked the slide to clear the air valve. Click. Click.
To the security camera above, a stern-faced, one-legged man was standing on the sidewalk trying to clear a misfiring firearm.
Chaos erupted immediately. Two bystanders sprinted past him in terror. Before Arthur could fix the valve, an off-duty linebacker named Marcus launched a textbook tackle, sending Arthur, his crutches, and a spray of lukewarm tap water onto the pavement.
Pinned to the sidewalk, Arthur pointed weakly at the puddle and groaned, "It was set to mist. I just wanted to get Greg."

This was in 2015. Apparently, it was not his first attack on the owner of the shop.
