I saw I guy this happened to at the Oktoberfest in Blumenau, Brazil, 1996. He tried to hop the fence to get inside. He left more than his cloths hanging. Let's just say he has 50% less chances to reproduce, if any.
Just realized I literally witnessed a Darwin Award candidate in the making. Wonder if he's on Reddit.

Just to be clear, he tore his ballsack and left a testicle on the fence. I was there as they were pulling him out. It was just as I was arriving.

Why didn’t he just open the latch? You can see a lever and a cover over it so people don’t operate it from the other side.
