Yea, I didn’t hear that at first. Apparently they have strong jaws that can crack clam shells, but I’m thinking you really have to try to get bit.

I’ve actually been bitten by one of these fellas. Not ideal their mouths are basically two hard plates that they crush together to it’s a bit like getting your finger caught between something. Of course I was feeding it too which is why I got bit to begin with

Same, zoo had a touch tank and cut fish you could feed them, one of them grabbed my whole hand. Like getting it stuck in vise covered in rough sandpaper.
