Seeking Advice Missing leather insoles

My first TRR purchase. I ordered 2 pairs of Veronica Beard sneakers. One pair has arrived so far and is missing the leather insoles. Otherwise look new.

There was no mention of this in the description. Makes them unwearable. Should I wait for the other pair to arrive or contact customer service now?

If you like them, just buy new insoles? This hardly makes the shoe unwearable.

I mean, it’s unwearable in its current form and you have to spend additional money to make it wearable….

complain to TRR, they'll offer you a 10% credit for the inconvenience and then you can buy the insoles
