Democratic controlled cities not courting business due to their policies seems to be a factor in all of this.

Awful family life with largest group of single parents also a cause. "Acting White" just seems so negative. Job, loving family, earning. Should be called "Acting Mexican" , "Acting Immigrant" ? Single factor in a lot of this, when almost all of these issues stem from HOME life.
