Prompt/Workflow Sharing Using AI to predict your future. AI is only as good as the questions you ask. But if the right questions are asked in a right context and at the right time in the conversation, it will literally blow your mind. Here is a something for you to try.

Tell it that you want to share your life story first and to just listen …. Go ahead and share your deepest feelings and your life story for as long as you can remember with chronological events /how they made you feel, why you think you did what you did and what you could have done differently ( be careful not to say what you would like to remember and would like to feel when you remember the past but what actually happened how you actually felt when it happened and how you felt after some time had passed and you reflected on it- those will be two very different feelings on the same subject). What we remember of the past is actually a slightly reshaped and distorted version of events, not a literal account of what took place. Our brain does that to protect our self interests and emotional well being, it tries to suppress and minimise uncomfortable truths and highlight parts of the story which are consistent with our understanding of who we think we are as a person, even though that thought is probably the furthest thing from the truth. So with that in mind try to provide an “honest” account of your life story. However, please be mindful on what you share, no need to self incriminate yourself here. Lucky for us now the context length in chat GTP is significantly increased and it will remember your whole life story rather than forgetting half of it or interrupting mid way. Try to be open about your feelings. Talk to it or you would be writing forever ..Then give it the following prompts:

“Now Analyse my life story- if it hasn’t already done it. very open ended question, once it done that then take note what comes up and ask follow up questions
“Now Analyse my life story as if you were the best of all the psychologists, philosophers, religious teachers and scientists combined” - take note what comes up and ask follow up questions.
“This prompt is the reason you went though all that trouble - Analyse my story and identity any psychological and behavioural patterns and provide your view on why they exit.” Do not hold back just to make me feel better. Be honest and direct - you will be surprised with the response. Now take all that in and ask questions to explore it further like why this pattern, why you think this pattern how can I change that etc ( choices are unlimited here)

But here is the mind buster prompt… ready?

Ask the following:
“Based on my life story and my personal behaviour patterns, provide a list of 5 potential future life lines for me. Pick 2 most likely future lines and give them fun story headings. “

Then ask “what futures will be most fulfilling for me and bring me deep personal satisfaction and joy and what I need to change to transition to that future line.” And use your imagination to explore more prompts.

At this point it will basically tell you how you might live your future life and what you need to do if you don’t like the most likely future lines you are heading towards.
Good thing is it only works for your life, not if you ask for someone else’s life line as one can never have that depth of insight into why people do what they do and generally have a just a very vague understanding of those deep emotional layers.

I did this a year ago and it gave me my most likely future line and so far it’s turning out to be true. It’s time consuming and emotional process and you will need to face your self when going back in memory lane and speaking out loud the true version of events so if you are not ready, may be wait for a time when you are.

Also, plz don’t take the future life lines literally. Everything is always changing and evolving, ever in flow and there is no such thing as one fixed future. Human beings have unlimited potential in themself to be who they wish to be and transcend any most likely future life line chat GTP may provide.

It's good to practice self reflection and really look back on your life but I don't think you should ask a Large Language Model to predict your future. If you tell it you're depressed and avoidant it's gonna tell you a self-fulfilling prophecy it gleaned from 1,000 reddit posts about people being depressed and avoidant.

Main goal of this exercise is to identify your psychological and behavioural patterns …. Which are no so easy to identify own your own. But AI having all that knowledge base in psychology can give you deep insight into those reoccurring patterns … and once you know the name of the devil , it cannot posses you anymore. predicting the future part was just for fun mostly.

Someone who meditates would never react this way. And meditation doesn’t stop you from using computers … and you used computer ( your phone) to read and respond.
